“SURYA NAMASKAR-STAVAN”

A “SURYA NAMASKAR-STAVAN” was organized by NSS Unit in association with Yoga and Wellness Centre, VSPM’s Dental College & Research Centre, Nagpur and VSPM’s College of Physiotherapy, Nagpur on 14th January 2022 as per the directives of MUHS, Nashik.
Dr.Pooja Akhtar, Asso. Prof., VSPM’s College of Physiotherapy, Nagpur was instructor for conducting “SURYA NAMASKAR” a Yoga Activity by NSS Volunteers. Dr. Jaishree Chahande welcomes Dean, Dr.UshaRadke Instructor, Dr.PoojaAkhar, and all the participants. Dr.UshaRadke motivates participants to perform “SURYA NAMASKAR” daily for healthy mind and body. She demonstrates how to perform “SURYA NAMASKAR” to all the volunteers. Dr.Pooja Akhtar continues the session. 25 NSS Volunteers performed “SURYA NAMASKAR” following all COVID-19 norms in Matoshree Auditorium
