I, Narendra Kasalikar 46 years male met with a road traffic accident in November 2018 then I reported to Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,V.S.P.M Dental College and Research Centre, Nagpur.
I was unable to chew food and had facial swelling and oedema since the day I met with an accident .I was advised to undergo surgical management for my facial fractures. I underwent open reduction and internal fixation under general anesthesia. My problem and complaints regarding occlusion were addressed appropriately and my fractures were managed uneventfully.
I would like to extend my gratitude to department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, VSPMDC for taking good care in my 1 year follow up as well.
