Department of Conservative Dentistry AndEndodontics, RanjeetDeshmukh Dental College & Research Centre, Nagpur formerly known as VSPMDCRC,Nagpur had organized a 3 days Advanced Endodontics Workshop in collaboration with IDA Nagpur on 22-24 th Aug 2023.Dr.VivekHegde Vice Principal and HOD Department of Conservative Dentistry &Endodontics is an adjunct faculty of RDDCRC for seven consecutive years. This 3 day advance endodontic workshop focused on basic rotary endodontics, Magnification and retreatment in endodontics and Instrumentsretrieval in Retreatment cases.
.The Department felicitated Dr.ManjushaWarhadpande HOD GDC Nagpur for being appointed as Vice Dean of GDC Nagpur. The workshop received overwhelming response from participants from central India.A MOU was renewed with Dr VivekHegde. Dr.PoonamHudiya Secretary IDA and Dr.Yash Agrawal represented the event on behalf of IDA Nagpur.
The program highlighted the importance of magnification devices like loupes and microscope in dental practice.Hedemonstrated various procedures for predictable endodontic treatment. The programme was supported by Labomed and Modisurgicocare Mumbai. An efficient team of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics worked hard for the success of the workshop.
