Future Plans

VSPM DCRC established in year 1996, it initially had an intake of 60 students and later increased to 100 from 2002 onwards. PG courses started in the year 2007. In this academic year centers of excellence in 5 specialties were inaugurated.

The inception of VSPM was a significant milestone in the history from the humble beginning from the thatched and roof structure with limited facilities it has grown to be the top-rated college in the country.

Nurturing the college during its teething stages, over the years it has grown steadily and appreciably under the guidance of accomplished professionals. Our current dean Dr. Usha Radke needs special mention as she has been witness to such giant changes of our institution. Academically, V.S.P.M. D.C.R.C is affiliated to the MUHS, Nashik University. Today we have more than 250 dental chairs and state of the art laboratories with an intake of 100 Undergraduate and 29 Postgraduate students for all specialties per annum. We also run 2 fellowship courses in implantology (MUHS affiliated fellowship course and Nobel Biocare).

The students are admitted through entrance test(NEET). These students study with the passion and desire to learn. They have excelled in academics with distinction. Gold and silver medals have also shone in extracurricular activities like sports, cultural fest, drama, making them all rounder’s and not leaving any stone untouched.

The V.S.P.M. D.C.R.C. believes in both academic excellence and personal grooming of students to prepare them to achieve great heights and face the challenges of the competitive world.
