Admission 2024-25A CDE program was conducted by the dept. of Orthodontics on the topic “CBCT and its importance in clinical dental practice and Orthodontics” on 19th December 2015. DR. P.G.Makhija, Professor and Head, Dept. of Orthodontics, Modern Dental College & Research Centre, Indore was the guest speaker for the same. The lecture was attended by more than 35 post graduate students from the departments of Oral medicine and radiology, Oral Surgery and Orthodontics from in and around Nagpur.
It was a one day interactive program where the speaker not only enlightened the audience regarding the clinical uses of CBCT in dental practice he also demonstrated the use of various tools and softwares that can be used to read the CBCT images.
This was followed by a question answer session where post graduate students asked several doubts about their CBCT related research projects which were solwed by Dr. Makhija to everyone’s satisfaction.
