A musical event “Raaga” was organized amongst various other events in DHADKAN 2020- Agneya. The event was held on 6th February 2020 at 10:30 am at Matoshree hall, VSPM Dental College and Research Centre, Nagpur. The incharge for the event was Dr. Sargam Sortey. The event was graced by the presence of Hon’ble Chairman, Shri Ranjitbabu Deshmukh sir, Dean of the institute, Dr. Usha Radke ma’am, all the HODs and staff members. Two eminent singers, Mrs. Alkatai Nandanwar and Mr. S. Shende who have immense experience in the field of music were the judges of the event. The event was made interesting by having themes allotted to the groups of participants. The themes were tribute to SRK, sound of nation, Arijit singh, emotions, retro, desi tadka etc. The students as well as staff members participated in large numbers. The audience enjoyed the event as well as cheered the participants. The prizes to the winners were distributed on the valedictory function.
