The Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Ranjeet Deshmukh Dental College and Research Centre, Nagpur, organized a Continuing Dental Education (CDE) program titled “Ameloblastoma – Revisited” on 28th November 2025 from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM at the PRIDE Hall.
The scientific session included expert lectures delivered by Dr. Suwarna Dangore, Professor and Head, Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, SPDC Sawangi, who spoke on the clinico-radiographic diagnosis of ameloblastoma; Dr. Akshay Dhobley, Professor and Head, Department of Oral Pathology, GDCH Nagpur, who elaborated on the pathological interpretation of ameloblastoma; and Dr. Varsha Manekar, Associate Professor, Department of Oral Surgery, GDCH Nagpur, who discussed the clinical management and treatment modalities. The program commenced with registration and inauguration followed by a pre-test to assess baseline knowledge. The lectures were informative, interactive and well appreciated by the participants, providing comprehensive insights into diagnosis, histopathology, and management strategies of ameloblastoma. A post-test along with discussion, doubt-solving and valedictory marked the conclusion of the program.
