The Department of Paediatric & Preventive dentistry, RD DCRC, Hingna, Nagpur organised a week long workshop and webinars on “Life skills for dental students” at Ranjeet Deshmukh Dental College and Research Centre. Dr Purva Chaudhari (RD DCRC) conducted a workshop on implementation of life skills in clinical and academic careers. Dr.Ayushi Gurharikar conducted an introduction of life skills for Dental students. The program was intended to orient the final year BDS students and interns to the essential life skills, and train them to utilise these skills in their daily routine. The module of the program was divided as 1) Concept of life skills 2) Introduction to life skills and 3) practical application of life skills. Mastering these life skills will help the students to become more resilient in challenging situations.
