A nukkadnatak was performed by interns and post graduate students of dept of Paediatric Dentistry from RanjeetDeshmukh Dental College titled, “Doodhkedaatonkamahatva“(importance of milk teeth) on 28th November in the LataMangeshkar Hospital Campus to create awareness about importance of primary teeth amongst the public and to educate them for the same. Pamphlets showing various treatment modalities as well as some key oral health facts and myths in children was distributed to reinforce the above points.
School Oral Health Program
School camp was conducted by the post graduate students of dept of Paediatric Dentistry from RanjeetDeshmukh Dental College on 28th November to spread awareness regarding proper oral hygiene care. Lecture on oral hygiene maintenance and demonstration for tooth brushing were given. Oral health screening Camp was conducted at Shanti VidyaBhavan School at Digdoh’. Attractive gifts like colours, colouring sheet with educational message were distributed amongst the students and the teachers at the school.
