HSET unit of VSPMDCRC conducted a guest lecture on ‘Self Directed learning’ on 31^stJan 2022 via online platform. The speaker for this guest lecture was DrNilima Shah, Associate Professor, Dept. of Psychiatry, NHL Hospital, Ahmedabad, India. Dr Shah introduced the term SDL to participants first and discussed aspects related to its implementation in the institute and evaluation of the students for the same. The session was interactive, participants raised queries about the principles of SDL application and student engagement during the session. 30 Faculty members of VSPMDCRC joined for the lecture. Dr Usha Radke, Dean, welcomed the speaker and gave best wishes to HSET team for the good start of 2022. Dr Tapasya Karemore was coordinator for this event.
