Interns Monitoring Committee, VSPM Dental College & Research Centre, Nagpur has organized Online Workshop on “VIHASA” on 17th & 18th May 2021 for Interns. Dr. Surekha Rathod, Chairperson, Interns Monitoring Committee delivered the Welcome Address. She has describe in brief about the importance of VIHASA for Dental Healthcare students. Dr. S. R. Shenoi, Officiating Dean, VSPMDCRC, Nagpur talked about how to tackle the obstacles faced by everyone in current situation by facing it positively and find out the solutions of all problems with open minded attitude. He advised all the interns to follow COVID appropriate behaviour for everyone’s safety. Dr. Usha Radke, Dean, VSPM DCRC, Nagpur welcome the Guest Facilitator Ms. Pooja Sharma (VIHASA Trainer, Mumbai) and Co-Facilitator Dr. Manoj Matnanai, MD (Consultant Pediatric Nephrologist) KEM Hospital, Pune, for conducting online workshop for interns on 17th May 2021. Dean madam has motivated all the interns to practice values in personal as well as in professional life.

“VIHASA Module 1 – Values Session I” was conducted by both the facilitators on 17th May 2021. Dr. Jaishree Chahande has conducted “VIHASA Module 1 – Values Session II” on 18th May 2021.

e- Certificate of Appreciation was delivered to the facilitators by Dean Dr. Usha Radke madam. Dr. Jaishree Chahande, Member of Interns Monitoring Committee introduced the Facilitators and conducted the proceedings of the program smoothly and proposed the Vote of thanks. Dr. Sangita Bhattacharya, Member secretary of the committee has contributed to the success of the program. All the participants actively participated in online workshop and interested in continuing such modules in future also.
