On the occasion of Silver jubilee celebration virtually, of the Esteemed Institute VSPM’S’s Dental College and Research Centre, Nagpur, Department of Periodontics and Implantology, conducted Online CDE program on “Periodontal diagnostics” along with “Best Case Report Contest” on 26th& 27th February, 2021.
Head Of The Department, Department of Periodontics and Implantology, Dr Abhay Kolte, Vice Dean, VSPM’S DCRC, Dr S R Shenoi, Dean, VSPM’S DCRC, DrUsha Radke, graced the event by their presence and blessings.
The Guest Speakers for the program on 26th February, 2021 were Dr Rajesh Gaikwad, DrVidya Baliga, Dr Vrushali Lathiya and Moderators were Dr Maya Indurkar, Dr Sangeeta Muglikar, Dr Swapna Mahale. Dr Rajesh Gaikwad conducted lecture on “Clinical diagnostic aids in periodontics” which was moderated by Dr Maya Indurkar, DrVidya Baliga conducted lecture on “Role of biomarkers in periodontal diagnostics” which was moderated by Dr Sangeeta Muglikar. Dr Vrushali Lathiya conducted lecture on “Diagnostic imaging in periodontal disease” which was moderated by Dr Swapna Mahale.
Examiners for “Best Case Report Contest” on 27th February, 2021, were Dr Mala Dixit , Dr Surekha Rathod, Dr Prasad Dhadse and DrRajashri Kolte, who welcomed which added ascendancy to the program.

Dr Aishwarya Ikhar, Post Graduate student from Department of Periodontics and Implantology, was the anchor for the program and contributed to smooth running of the program along with other staff members and students.
