“Healthy Eating habits during Exams”

A webinar was conducted by Alumni Association VSPM DCRC on 9/7/20 on “Healthy Eating Habits During Exams” by Dr. Shuchi Batra for exam going undergraduate students, teaching, non-teaching staff.

Dr. Shuchi Batra is Alumni of VSPMDCRC Nagpur, MDS(Oral Pathology and Microbiology) &  also pursuing PhD from SPDC in Oral Pathology and Microbiology and  MSc in Dietetics and Food  Service Management.

More than 20 participants attended the webinar. She spoke on various aspects of nutritious diet during exam time like intermittent snacking and its healthy alternatives during exam.

Dr.Usha Radke, Dean VSPM’s DCRC and Dr.S.R. Shenoi, Vice Dean also attended the meeting. Dr. Gagandeep Lamba, Secretary Alumni Association was the host & Dr.Mohit Gunwal, Joint Secretary was the moderator for the programme.
