Mr. Nandu Kapoor demonstrated various self-defense techniques to protect women on day to day basis. Due to growing criminal tendencies in society, it is the need of the hour to sensitize women to ensure her security. He also gave some important tips to stay fit mentally and physically. The programme was very well appreciated by the participants. Miss Juhi Mahajan was reported that the session was very memorable. Miss Shruti Pathak and other participants stressed to conduct such programs along with the academic curriculum will make them self reliant.
