On 14th June 2025, the LMH Blood Centre with RDDC & RC hosted a significant “World Blood Donor Day” celebration, emphasizing the theme “Give Blood, Give Hope: Together We Save Lives.” The event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of voluntary blood donation and to honour the selfless contributions of blood donors. The event commenced with a skit performed by I BDS students in the corridor of RDDC & RC and at the LMH registration counter. The skit depicted the critical role of blood donation in saving lives, effectively conveying the message to attendees. Total 13 volunteer donors participated in the blood donation drive, contributing to the community’s health and well-being. Each donation has the potential to save multiple lives, highlighting the impact of individual contributions.
