The Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Ranjeet Deshmukh Dental College has taken an initiative to celebrate Oral Hygiene Month that included a skit, routine OPD evaluation for best oral hygiene and reel making activity for students with the aim of spreading awareness among patients visiting Ranjeet Deshmukh Dental College. Among these, the first activity performed was a skit on 28/3/25 at 11.30 am. The skit was designed to demonstrate the common oral health problems like mucosal infections, gingivitis or periodontitis and routine care. The skit was performed by residents and interns of Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology in front of patients visiting Ranjeet Deshmukh Dental College on that day. It was well received by the patients and raised queries were addressed then and there during this event. The skit was attended and appreciated by Dean Dr. Abhay Kolte,Vice Dean Dr. Ramakrishna Shenoi, Vice Dean and HOD Dr. Mukta Motwani, the faculty Dr. Apeksha Dhole, Dr. Tapasya Karemore, Dr. Smriti Golhar, Dr. Rucha Pandhripande, Dr. Zareesh Akhtar, PG residents, Interns and Undergraduates.
