Department of Periodontology and Implantology of VSPM Dental College and Research Centre, Nagpur celebrated The Oral Hygiene Day on August 1, 2018 in the memory of Late Prof. Dr. G. B. Shankwalkar. The programme was conducted in the Pride hall and was initiated by lightening of the lamp by the hands of Dean, Dr. Usha Radke, Vice-Dean Dr. Ramakrishna Shenoi, Prof. Dr. Rajashri Kolte. The programme was then preceeded by two informative lectures on-
- “Dental Plaque and Mouthwash” by Dr. Dhawal Mody.
- “Oral Biofilm” by Dr. Rajashri Kolte.
Both the lectures were attended by large numbers of 120 interns and staff members of VSPM Dental College and Research Centre, Nagpur. The programme was concluded with the vote of thanks given by Dr. Tushar Shrirao.
